Broadcast Australia has been instrumental in the development of mobile TV in Australia through a number of key trials.

Together with its sister company, Arqiva in the UK, Broadcast Australia has several years experience at trialing the various mobile TV standards and systems including DVB-H, DMB and MediaFLO.

The mobile TV technology brings together telecoms and broadcasting networks as well as applications into a mobile handheld device. The trials have enabled Broadcast Australia to obtain valuable consumer and technical information.
