Denim for a cause
29 Sep 2009
Every year, millions of Australians wear jeans in support of Jeans for Genes Day. Jeans for Genes Day is an important annual fundraiser of the Children's Medical Research Institute (CMRI).
The CMRI is continually working to prevent diseases before they occur in Australian children.
This year Broadcast Australia staff across the country donned their jeans in support of this great cause, raising money which was then matched dollar for dollar by the company and donated to the CMRI. Just over a thousand dollars were raised and donated to this worthy cause.
