Important user notes
The following documents will need to be provided to support your application.
- Climbing/rigging qualifications
- EMR certification
- Senior First Aid certification
- Medical certificate
If you don't have a current medical certificate we recommend you use the attached template.
Ensure these documents are completed and available in either PDF or JPEG format prior to submitting the application. Where possible, please present each of these documents as a separate attachment.
