Site Access

Important User Notes

Please ensure that the following details are taken into account when completing your Site Access Application.

Notification Periods

The following notice is required to process your application:

  •   3 business days – Inspections (excluding tower access)
  • 10 business days – General works or tower access
  • 21 business days – Works requiring an outage to existing services on site.

Project ID

When a Site Access Application is made for the purpose of onsite works, a Broadcast Australia Project ID is required. If you do not know your Project ID, please contact your BA Account Manager prior to submitting the application.

Support Documentation

All Site Access Applications, with the exception of Site Inspections, require documentation to support the application. The following documents will need to be provided.

  1. Method of Procedure (MOP)
  2. Scope of Work (SOW)
  3. Safe Work Method Statement (SWMS) for tower climbs and installation works.

Ensure these documents are completed and available in either Word or PDF format prior to submitting the application.
