Project Manager , News Radio

We are currently seeking a Project Manager to plan, execute and deliver a program of TV and Radio system implementation projects across Australia.
Key Duties / responsibilities will include:
• Agree project scope, goals and deliverables
• Prepare project specific budget and costs estimates/forecasts
• Create and execute project work plans
• Adhere to the approved program and project schedules and budgets
• Manage project level Quality, Environment and OH&S obligations
• Apply Broadcast Australia project methodologies and templates
• Proactively minimise exposure to risk during the project
• Serve as the focal point for all project issues
• Manage the coordination of planned transmission service outages
• Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders
• Undertake site surveys, meetings, commissioning and handover activities
• Accurately track project milestones and deliverables
• Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders.
To be successful in this role you should have:
• Practitioner Certification in PRINCE2
• Degree (or equivalent) in project management or a relevant engineering discipline
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in delivery and management of projects, including managing complex projects
• Demonstrated experience in the use of Project Management information systems
• High communication, negotiation and conflict resolution skills
